How much does the window sash guard cost, and what parts are included in one set?
A set to cover one window sash (1 top part and 2 side parts) costs €36, excluding delivery costs, and all sizes we currently offer have the same price.
How is the window sash guard installed?
Windows CATchers window sash guard is installed by inserting and securing side parts in the upper part. At each end of the upper part there are 3 rows of openings for inserting side parts so that it can will fit your window sash precisely. Once all parts are connected, the window sash guard should simply be placed above and in the window opening (when the window is opened in the position for airing).

What sizes do you have?
We cuurently offer 12 sizes that cover window sash widths ranging from 47 to 102 cm. Open Windows CATchers product page to see options available.
Can I order a custom size?
It all depends. There are cases when we can make Windows CATchers sash guard in a custom size, but we can only answer that question after you tell us your needs and wishes in an email to hello@kisskiss.lv
Can I use the window sash guard for my balcony doors?
No, at the moment we do not recomment using Windows CATchers sash guard for balcony doors or very tall windows. But - good news! - we are working on it.
